The Medical College of Wisconsin has contracted Dependable Sterilizer Repair to PM and service over 100 pieces of equipment in all of our buildings for the past 18 years. The customer service we receive is outstanding. A service call is placed and our rep responds within the hour regardless of the time of day or night. He is also here daily during regular business hours. I have been with the college for 36 years and have dealt with other companies in the past. The service we receive from DSR and the cost effective benefits MCW is allowed surpasses any other company that we have ever dealt with. Needless to say I am more than pleased with the service and cost effectiveness that DSR offers.
